I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was at Fairfield Inn. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room just the right temperature. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even adding an unexpected reservation for our party.

The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety.

Location: the hotel was next to restaurants, a mall, and Scranton. Very pleasant and consistently courteous staff who cared about me. Had freshly decorated room with a fridge and hallway floors, as for instance for a relaxing stay.

location and cleanliness of room

I was not offered my AAA club discount, nor marriot rewards thru Booked.net and the identical room was booked by my sister for $15 per night less, saving $45 for the 3 nights. Booked.net was no bargain, and noncancelable. Sad but when i searched for this hotel on google, click map icon,all appeared to be the Fairfield site, , until i said accept. bad surprise
